Sounds like yall know a lot about exercising! I like it. Making me want to learn muay thai and finally master a Turkish Getup. I can only hit a heavy bag for probably 30 seconds without passing out lol. Maybe that's why I don't do HIIT. Although this past week I've only been biking and not doing my typical 3-4 lifting days a week. Been really depressed lately, and for some reason the only things I can do when depressed is light cardio.
1) what do you do to motivate yourself when you don't feel like exercising that day?
