Hello; One other thing came to mind. The test vials are small so any contamination can skew results. Get some distilled water (DW) or DI water and use it to clean the vials. You can also let the vials sit full of DW for a while. Picked this up from duanes .

You can also use DW as a standard. Run the tests on the DW and the results should be neutral or zero for most anything.

You could be over feeding. Try reducing your feeding and doubling your wc(+50% twice a week).

No, they eat the portion of food I give them in 20 seconds

Hard to say without actually seeing your fish feed.
Try this: fast them for a week, and in that time do 50% ever other day. See if there's any ammonia level at the end of the seven days.

Forgot to add, do a thorough filter cleaning and substrate vacuuming.

Hungry, yes, but not starved.
I let my fish fast for two to three weeks while I'm on vacation.
