HopefullyWell thats good enough!
soAs mentioned pictus prefer groups of 6 or more. If you want a single cat look at p. Ornatus. It's the bigger cousin to the pictus and does ok as a single.
If you want the Firemouths you should get a few sixish like the Pictus they like to be in groups.
So you could go with your two fish and add a p. Ornatus snd 6 Firemouths. Maybe some Congo tetras as dithers.
Looks like you got her sorted out!Hopefully
so
1 Texas
1 Female Jack Dempsey
1 Salvini
6 Firemouths
6-8 Congo Tetras
1 Black Ghost Knife
2-3 Bichirs
Could i add a Vieja Cichlid (Queztal Cichlid)? And maybe an eel or rope/reed fish?
I only want about 6-8 more congos and i dont think i want the catfish anymore, i really want a black ghost knife and eel or ropefish.I was saying
1 Texas you have
1 Poly you have
6 Firemouths
1 p. Ornatus
6 to 10 Congo tetras as dithers
Not too crowded, but active enough with constant movement from the FM, Ornatus and tetras
Okay thank you for the help!I have never had any of those, eel, black knife fish, or ropefish so have no clue how they would react to the stocking you have going.
Okay, what do you think would be a nice substitute for the JD? It has to be something common. So far the stock isI would not do a vieja with those other fish, they are generally real aggressive and grow very large.
