8 * 265 = 2120 but need to factor in gravel and all that will add more plus tank and all other accessories. so fcam is probably right.

the key is to make sure your tank is by a bearing wall in your condo. safest bet is in the corner of a room where the rooms walls are also outside walls. some interior walls dont provide any actual support and you dont want that sucker in the middle of your condo where its in the middle of a beam as this will cause the most stress to the beam and result in warping of the beam and whatnot.

whats the layout of ur condo. is it a very large building thats setup almost hotel-ish or is abunch of small kinda houses just right next to one another?

They way I look at is would u put a small car on ur second floor and combine all the weight into a 7foot by 30 inch footprint I put mine in the basement if you do make sure that its level

if this is a cement building then I wouldnt even worry, I have a 220 with a 40gal sump on the 5th floor. If it is wooden structure, you will either want to place the tank in the middle or on an exterior wall where it will be on as many floor joists as possible.
