Got it plumbed up! Filling the tank as I type. 2 2" drains and a 1" bulkhead that will be the overflow for the autotop off. I have a weir coming that will be installed later this week. Will be hose return once I finalize the drains to my sump. 10 trips to the hardware store today is enough! The clear hose is an overall drain tied to the overflow. They run out of the house so I don't have to worry about anything draining a tank or anything.

So, more stock for the tank! No other pictures of the tank, BUT!!!!!!! It is full of water and running with water like a champion ATM. Will have to drain it down to give it a final cleaning and fill it with sand in a couple weeks, then Thanksgiving I think the Arowana and bigger bichirs move it while the Discus and smaller bichirs move to the 75G. Lots of excitement here!

Also, the Discus are doing great and I ordered them from Robert at TheDiscusGuy

Gorgeous discus, mate!
Itching to see the tank pics though ;)

Thanks, sadly 1 died after 2 days due to swim bladder issue, but the other 9 are alive and exploring the tank. Also, after watching them and debating they will not get to go into the big tank. BUT, that means I will be getting a 180-200G tank for the Discus and do a nice heavily planted tank.

I was at the LFS and found a spotted gar (porbably a Florida gar) for sale. I have business this week, but next week my plans are as follows:

Get the Black diamond and get it into the tank.
Get the plumbing re-done, I moved the sump from under the tank to behind it against the wall for easier maintenance/access.
Plumb the drip system in and get it verified. Will be a 5 micron into a 1 micron through 3 carbon filters, then drip 1-2GPH.
Paint the tank during the week while the system just "runs".
Check if gar has been sold, if it isn't, he has a new home!

Then, if all goes as planned, the fish Arowana, Teugelsi, Palmas Palmas will be moved in. Discus and other 4 bichirs will go to the 75G to keep growing a bit. Fish store keeps checking on Weeksii, Ornates, and Flagtail for me. Going to see about getting some 7-10" Tinfoil barbs as dither fish too, maybe 5-7, thoughts? Getting excited guys, will post once it is all up and going!

Fish are in!!! I still need to finish the drip system, but the whole system is running and the big boys are in! So added picks of my tinfoils I snagged, and the future monster gar. The gar has already snacked on some talipia from my fingers, so promising for 4-5". Also, purchased a 190 today for the discus. Exciting things here in Texas!
