The tank has a 16 inch tall open Riparium canopy with sliding glass doors, so emersed plants can grow and the fish can jump without hitting a lid.

At the moment I keep:
x2 Polypterus bichir lapradei
x2 P. endlicheri
x1 P. congicus
x1 P. ansorgii
x1 P. polli
x1 P. senegalus
x3 P. delhezi
x1 P. weeksii
x1 P. mokelembembe
x1 P. retropinnis
x1 P. ornatipnnis
x2 Florida Gar
(x1 15 inch)
x1 South American Lungfish (2ft)
x1 African Arowana (16 inch)
x1 Fire Eel (2ft)
x1 Tyre Track Eel (12 inch)

I am on the hunt for: Parchanna obscura, Parachanna insignis, Longnose Gar, Tropical Gar, Cuban Gar, Shortnose Gar, True Spotted Gar, Croc Gar Type 2, Wild Polypterus teugelsi, P. palmas palmas, P. palmas buettikoferi, P. bichir bichir, P. senegalus meridionales, Wild P. ansorgii, Wild P. congicus, Royal P. delhezi and Papyrocranus afer. (Obviously not all will be doable for this tank)

I'm also planning to set up a tank underneath around 33x12x48 inch for a species only Channa stewartii var. special breeding pair.

Don't really have a reason for this post, just want to show it off now it's setup haha.

This is like a dream stock list for me. Hahaha....

What is your largest LJ and your smallest UJ poly? I like to see people that can combine them successfully since I'm starting with UJs but want to upgrade and get some LJs.

Also, do you have any challenges feeding everyone? I know that the fire eels can be tricky and am curious about how you think they do with the bichirs, which of course aren't lighting-fast eaters but they are pigs. What do your fire eels eat?

So far my largest is one of my P. bichir lapradei at only 16 inches, my smallest is a tie between the P. mokelembembe and P. retropinnis, at 8 inches.

Used to have trouble feeding, not so much now though.
My Fire Eel wouldn't eat at all, they can only go 3 months without feeding before them likely dying. It was already coming up 3 months. He thankfully took live river shrimp, but couldn't digest the shells properly. Following day, he accepted prawns, but being a constipative, I switched him to whitefish fillets and mussel right after. He'll get through a whole fish fillet and a handful of mussels every night now easy haha.
The Lungfish is the hardest to feed, just very slow and last to find the food. Hand feeds now, so all good once I get the Gars and Eels fed, then the Polys have a load of wet foods and carnivore pellets to eat :)

Only problems I've had with this stocking has been the Lungfish has bit the Fire Eel leaving a scar. South American Lungfish are still much more placid that the African species though haha, those guys bite clean through Bichir armour if they get annoyed.
