I would stick with whatever material gives you the greatest surface area for colonization of bacteria. Ceramic rings are a good start.
 
I have a Fluval 405 4 Tray's.

Another Thread said put scrubbies and floss. Don't know if that would work tho.

Any suggestions.

Going to Get a FX5 also.

Any insite would be great.
 
my list on the first fx5 goes from top to bottom-

1-my old bio balls from my old setup since they already had bio on them

2- zeo-carb and carbon

3 - bio balls carbon


2nd fx5

1 amonia remover

2 carbon-zeocarb

3 biomax
 
Your carbon and zeolite/carbon mixes are worthless. You need more bio-media. Get rid of all that carbon and zeo-carb and get some scrubbies, ceramic rings, bio balls, etc.

Trying to find Good Scrubbies but around me all i find are the cheap ones that would break apart after the first use.

Bro People say u have an overstocked tank I wonder what they will say about me lol I have a 125 gal with 1 9 inch RTC 1 8 inch rtc X TSN 2 Clown knifes 1 14 inch fire eel and 1 8 inch Irridescent shark lol Now that is an overstocked tank. BUt if u come to my house u would think I have no fish except the shark because they all hide during the day and come out at night. I had the same problem u did but i started doing water changes of 50% once a week and everything is fine now
 
A lot of good advice has been given, but the only real long term solution to your problem is going to be to reduce your stock. As those RTC's and pacus start getting huge, it's going to get even worse.
 
start getting huge lol dude they are already hugelol never had this problem with their other tanks well I know I'll get it done just got back from AA and they got me all situated more bio ceramics filter pads and cycle with a nice big water change i'll be fine I just got to mad at the fact of having amonia way to high and freaked
