Anyone else have "rituals" before bed?

TV, cant fall asleep with it off.

I honestly can't fall asleep w/o a tank in the room haha the sound of running water, it used to be a fan or tv before I started keeping fish a few years back, I have 3 tanks in my room with HOB filters so there's a lot waterfall noise

I keep a AQ 110 on my 150 in my room for this exact reason.

Walk the dogs, have a smoke, turn out the lights, feed plecs and BGK. Go to bed and surf MFK. Wake with phone in hand...

Within the last couple hours leading up to bedtime I'll be watching TV downstairs. When I get sleepy I will move up stairs to my bedroom to watch TV. I will let my dog outside to pee one last time. Then head up stairs to my room brush my teeth. I will turn TV on then get online brows MFK read some world news on AOL Huffington Post just read headline stories.. do this for an hour or two. Then turn off PC watch some TV till I can't keep my eyes open then turn off TV and lights and go to sleep.
