I started working at Texas Roadhouse in December of 2020 and I ended my employement on February 13th, 2022 (yes the day of the Super Bowl.) What were the leading factors in my decision to leave?
On Friday night February 12th ,2022 I made a very silly and dumb mistake that pretty much was the nail in the coffin regarding my future at Texas Roadhouse. While most will laugh at it looking back now I wish I didn't do it. I will explain in detail what happened.
All that and more including if I recommend working at TXRH and more!!

1 week from this Sunday it's my LEGENDARY 8 Year YouTube anniversary! Special guests include Blue View Aquatics owner and founder Josh Rodriguez who will make his first apperance on my YouTube channel to discuss his love of tropical fish! Josh was very instrumental in my podcast career. The second confirmed guest is Pro Wrestling Museum and WWE Fan Mike Parker. Cooking School is in session tonight! LIVE tonight at 10:30 PM ET/7:30 PM PT join Chef Alex for the 2nd installment of Cooking School With Chef Alex. I have an exciting topic that I am going to educate everyone about. Cooking is an art that is essential to living as we all need to eat! Sure we can go out to eat or order take out but it's only a matter of time before funds run out. There's a whole lot to know about cooking. There are many different ways to cook food and they are called cooking methods! Some of the most common cooking methods include baking, grilling, roasting, broiling, poaching and saueting! I will discuss what you need to know about each of the cooking methods.
I will also have some awesome recipes!
Get my tips for making the perfect poached eggs. Also get my Chicken Marsala and Parmigiana recipe! :)

Had a fun class tonight! If you missed it, you can watch it anytime at the link below! :) Today's topic centered around the different Cooking Methods! There are three categories of cooking methods: Dry heat cooking, moist heat cooking, and combination cooking! Some dry heat cooking methods include baking, roasting and frying. Moist cooking methods include poaching, simmering and boiling. Combo cooking include stewing and braising.
Find out about each of the cooking methods! I also discussed how to stay safe in the kitchen! I also gave out some Culinary terms such as Al Dente, au gratin, saute and more. You will learn about the terms and what they mean.
Lastly, get my delicious Chicken Marsala and Parmigiana recipe and my tips for making the perfect poached eggs! A good informal video. Check it out! :)
