can u post a pic of this horribly disfigured, ragged fin? maybe just good ol waterchanges and meds will heal it in time.

Ooh! Look who's back to give advise on arowana! Imagine a flopping arowana. Most likely you'll cut your fingers, insteads of its fins
i dont imagine it to be too hard to hold an arowana down on a table for about 3 seconds to slit off the demented area on its fin. Its advice btw not advise.

:ROFL::ROFL:From a guy whose knowledge that black arowana is silver arowana...:ROFL::ROFL: BTW, it's "don't" not "dont", "It's" not "Its" and the sentence should begin with a capital letter. ;)

na its easy , there is even a black dot in the middle of the eye where the nail should go when you pin it to a table :irked:

:D Please forgive him! He's still learning the difference of black arowana and silver arowana :D Obviously, he has no clue of what he's saying :grinno:

btw this is not a spelling forum but a fish forum. cutting the fins would help the fish, given that the tail is disfigured. Asian arowana farmers cut the tail, sometimes they even cut something in its gill ( if it has a gill curl ).

I wonder whats stronger, a 2 foot long fish flat on a table or an average male?

Not "something in its gilll." They actually cut the gill, or gill plate, if it has gill curl!

Depend on if that average male is Harry or Lloyd!
