we had a customer come in yesterday trying to get one of the sales we did about 3 months ago (it was a free 10 lb. bag of bird seed with purchase of a 40 lb. bag). we told her that we did not carry the 10 lb bag, and she would have to go to another store, and we apologized for the inconvenience. she then started to go off on us, how we never have it, blah blah blah. i said, "im sorry, but we have never carried that 10 lb bag, our store just does not have it" when she said some choice words, i tried to hand her off to another coworker before i started a huge argument. as i tried to do that, she says "oh, so your leaving more bait for me?" (not really sure what that meant, but she said it in a really nasty tone). then, just being overly nice, i say to her, "i hope you have a wonderful rest of the day ma'am." she responds "well i hope you dont!"

We had a customer come into who was doubting that our wild caught pair of discus werent wild, really pissed the boss off, i had to take him away and calm him down.
