He should like those.
Though, if the con fry keel over because of the lack of heat before he gets to them all he probably won't eat the ones that aren't moving much.
We started ours out on guppies, and months later got him onto carnivore pellets, but that's uncommon.
You may be able to get him on some frozen or dried foods if you blow it around with a powerhead so it looks like it's alive. That's how we got ours eating non-live stuff.

I have con fry in tank but he won't eat them.
2 small to count fry but look like they are all there.
the tank is 72* the fry are still kicking fine.
no gravel,mature fry tank 10 gal.decor for cover,yes.
If it don't eat soon,I think I will release back to creek.

I don't know if you're serious but don't release it back to the creek after exposing it to other fish in your tank. It would be better for it to just die in your tank than doing so.

That aside Sculpin usually will always take frozen bloodworms...It is like catnip to them..

Sculpins usually won't chase fish down, but instead wait for the fish to be in striking distance. In addition to frozen bloodworms moving in water, they won't turn down live blackworms.
