As far as posting pics if anyone is interested my fishing buddy has notified me that he now has a small hand held flip video camera and that the hot lure right now are rattle traps, worms and spinnerbaits. Though both my reels are still in for repair, I will be purchasing at least one maybe two new reels upon arrival.

I will be posting I believe to this thread for the rest of '09, unless theres some objection - I'm not sure if I should post pics here after in 2010 but I will deal with that when the time comes. I'll still have 16 days of fishing and video recording in '09 and yes I will be fishing on all sixteen of those days, including Christmas. I just hope my hands don't lock up! And that I haven't just jinxed myself here,eh hehehe.
Anyone interested I am always interested in Fishing and Herping almost all the time, I say almost because my folks aren't getting any younger so I will be spend time with them. And I dought I will be driving 100s of miles just for a chance at this or that fish, but you never know.
Good stuff boss, sounds like a dream to me. Keep us updated on the monsters u come across while on ur trip.

My buddy just posted to his FB account a video of himself catching Bass number 12,000!!!!!!!!! since he retired back in 2004. Yes in the past five years this guy has average 2,400 LMB per year! Can I get an OMFG, 12,000 12-09-2009 this guy caught LARGE MOUTH BASS # 12,000 in five years!

I'll arrive by noon and hope to have my first Snook online around 4:00pm, they seem to hit better in the evening and I plan on spending a few hours with my Mom and possiblly Dad too after my arrival. There not get any younger and neither am I. Then I'll roll on over to the hot Snook spot and try my luck. But the really fishing won't start until the next day as my buddy has something he doing on the day I arrive. I guess if I remember and anyone is interested they can start looking for my post the Evening of Dec 15Th around 8pm~9pm maybe later the first night.

The temps here are mid 80s during day and mid 70s at night its been great fishing .
Does your dad do any fishing?
