Got off with a slap on a wrist. The State Attorney kindly thought I qualified for a Diversion Program. So...

Plead guilty, $230 + 50 hours of community service + charges dropped when comm. service completed, won't remain on record.

An alternative (pleading guilty / no contest) would be $750, done in one day, case closed,, the charge remains on record.

Hey, that's good news. Could have been a lot worse. What sort of community service will you have to do?
You should see if you can cut a deal and show school groups around your set up or something, similar, would be better than collecting rubbish.
