Looking good Liz! They will be fine overnight silly.:D
Hey Duke... they have never swam in deep water before.. so it either take a lot of the water out or watch them learn for a few hours tommorrow so i can sleep tonight... my hubby said stop mothering the turtles.. haha.. but also one thing about the floating dock is they only have one place for them to climb up... it should be all the way around i think..so i do not want them getting exhausted looking for the way up...lol.. alright so i am silly.... better silly then sorry though... :D

Just picking on ya. I worry about my re's getting stuck all the time. They are strong little buggers. I raised my water gradually to keep an eye on them. So, That makes me silly too!

i may do that..lower the water and gradually build it up... i know you were teasing.. silly.. :D

I agree with reptech. They need a UV bulb but also need a heat lamp to give them heat ouside of the water. It's a must.

Yes Liz, you'll need a basking light so they can warm under it and dry themselves off. Temperature under it should be between 85-90 degrees.
