thanks... i did take them out again over night.. just afraid yet that in the dark they will swim and get stuck somewhere like under the dock .. so i will take them out at night for awhile.. i can rest better..:D

They look bigger than that, sorry.

I've got one that's a little under a 50 cent piece.
So again, sorry for the confusion.

I've also found that if you don't let them fully dry out, not semi, FULLY dry out, they not only have a hard time shedding scutes, they get this nasty fungus on and around the friction points of their limbs.

how horrible.... wow cool you have one too... what is shedding scutes.. all this is new to me... you don't have to apologise .. i bet they do look alot bigger in pics,...mine was like a quarter size the end of spring..so i wonder if they are growing okay...
