And yes I have them or myself test the water of aquariums when i purchase fish in person from someone always that way I know what shape the fish I'm getting are as people in the town I live in are not always the kindest towards fish/animals

His 55G test was

0.50ppm ammonia
0.15ppm nitrite
65ppm nitrate

So all in all I'd say my water parameters are a lot better then what his was

Not to mention he was running a 20G water pump in his 55G where as I'm running a 75G double waterfall water pump in mine

I hope I've supplied enough info to determine if its possible to house my two "chill" "doesn't bother any fish" gouramis with my goldfish temporarily to prevent any further injury from the cichlids .....

As for the size of my tank it's only temporary, and i listed all the fish in the 55G bichir and gourami included with the cichlids.......

My mother in-law has a 175 gallon which is in the process of cycling in about a week and when it's done they will be moved to it

Answering your question about housing the Gourami's I and SalviniCichlidFan SalviniCichlidFan did answer that already but I'm happy to repeat it since you missed it. Unfortunately, no it's not a good idea because again Gourami's are tropical and Goldfish aren't and have higher oxygen requirements than tropical fish and Tropical fish cannot endure Goldfish water temp range. You may be able to raise your goldfish tank temp and take a risk on losing the Goldfish but it would be as said a risk for all fish concerned.

You never mentioned the 175 till now but even then, without knowing what the Black Bumblebees are it's hard to say. 10 cichlids, 8 of which we don't know max size or growth rate for because we don't know what they are makes determining for sure if it's okay long-term isn't really possible. I also wouldn't recommend housing the cichlds with your Gourami's but since you'd have a 55 available you could keep them there.

Well I'm certainly not rehoming all my fish that's absurd it would help if my first post was actually read accurately for starters and second off i did my research thank you an it clearly states that bichirs and cichlids especially convicts and black bumblebee cichlids which are a variant of the bumblebee cichlid can temporarily be housed in a 55G successfully when at a young age also seeing as ASB are slow growing and the fact black bumblebee cichlids max out at 6.3 inches and mine are only 2 inches at most and convicts average max size is 3.5 inches is say my 2 convicts are at the peak, and finally thank you all for the info and advice on gourami/goldfish question which is the only thing I required in this post was that answer not a witch hunt into my setups, water parameters or my tank size or species 🤦‍♂️
