Hello,
I got a really nice SRD flowerhorn exactly a week ago. he was doing great until today. His head got a little smaller and he's colors are not that vibrant anymore. Also near were he poops the skin is weird, its like white and peeled off, you can see it in the pics below. Please help i dont want to loose him.

Ok well it looks like its hexamita. Does any one know any medications that can help. Any advice helps. I know Clear works but its not available now on Amazon.

ok i will do that once he starts eating. He is not eating now. I will use clear medication for internal parasites.

If he is not eating you need to use CZ Clear as soon as possible.. Sometimes epsom salt injections can work but for severe infections CZ Clear is the only thing I have found that works. Just make sure you watch the CZ sponsored video on youtube to do the injection properly.

Just to offer an alternative to consider. Flubendazole. I am assuming the above diagnose is correct.

I keep this med as well as Levamisole, Metronidazole, Praziquantel and a couple of other anti-parasite treatments in my fish med kit.
