Homemade Rimless 10 gallon

guys, check out plantedtank.net, I see 5-10g+ tanks de-rimmed all the time. Never heard of them busting open. The plastic rim does very little to hold the tank together. And the pressure exerted by a small 10g tank is not enough to bust the seams open. And in case, there's only one way to find out

is there anway this could work with bigger tanks like a 20 long or 30

Rimless on 10g or smaller is alright, i wouldn't do it over 40g without a brace though

I'm torn between doing my 7g or my 5g right now. I have a killer piece of lace rock full of little bowls and I think it would fill out the 5g better, framewise.

Can't wait to see where you go with yours! Mine's going native. Junk and muck from the local ponds and gutters.
