these economic problems can be blamed on the real estate crash. that has nothing to do with the former president. that has to do with the PEOPLE that bought houses they couldnt afford

You should really pick one or the other. It can't be both of their faults. Clinton want everyone to own the american dream. Fannie Mae & Mac got involed and it went down hill from there.
 
It is incredibly naive and even more dangerous to blame the economic crisis on any one person, even if that person is the president, or any one party, even if it is the party in power. There just isn't any factual way to support such an argument. Politicians in both parties have failed us for years, but our own greed and sense of entitlement is the true cause behind this situation. As long as everyone continues to live beyond their means such situations can and will continue.
