I do NOT fool around with filtration

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
it shouldn't reduce your water change schedule. the primary reason for water changes is to remove what your filters can't (nitrates.)

i bet he was joking, he knows all the filteration in the world cant beat weekly water changes.......

Here’s a unique idea if you want to improve aesthetics, drill and plum in a 225 underneath the 75 as a sump. This way you will be able to do some aquascaping in the 75and still be over filtered. You might actually be the only person with this type of set-ups. Still enough room for a couple HOS filters on the 225 WIN,WIN!

my over filtered 55. and thinking of adding yet MORE sponge filters. and no i dont run into any problems.

Problem is with all those sponge filters and the low water level, you've turned your 55g tank into a 30g.

I used to have a 135G tank with a 300G sump. ;)

I upgraded the tank, so now I have a 210 and a 135 on the 300G sump, but I am thinking about building a new sump for the 135....

Overfiltration for the win!:headbang2

You're a sick man Dan.............
