You can always move to Canada. Totally legal up there...along with just about any other kind of fish as well!

Snakeheads are illegal in some areas up there....perhaps the op could move up there and try to set up shops for selling those as well.

LOL..... I just read the whole thread now....
I can say though, just because a fish is banned doesn't mean that stores won't bring them in to their stores for a sale, although it's at their risk.
One of my local fish stores used to go all the way down to Rhode Island to get Piranhas for people here in MA who wanted them. I guess they went down got them and the customer either had to meet them in Rhode Island or pick them up at the shop for a higher price. Very strange, I know I would never do that too risky.
Also, one day I noticed a school of red bellies and caribe in one of those giant pond things they used to store trade ins it was a day that they closed early so I guess they figured it was safe, they were gone the next day.
It was a great fish store though. The woman and man that owned and ran it were so knowledgeable on fish keeping and South American fish. They had a lot of rare stuff you usually don't see in the aquarium hobby like different types of Prochilodus, all kinds of Wild Angelfish, and things like that.
They closed down in 2016 and they didn't give a reason, they just announced on a Facebook post that they were closing in a week and had a huge sale. Although it wasn't really a Local fish store to me since it was in CT, it was definately worth the drive to go there. I think they had one in a city close to Springfield at one point too, but may have been years ago. The store was popular and packed on weekends, so I have no idea why they closed, unless they retired, they were in their 50's or 60's.
Haha I have the same name as you but I also want to say thank you and to everyone who has given me information and who have actually taught me something while on this thread and while I have been on this website. I know there is one person who is on this thread who obviously does not like me and i really don't care but I just want to thank those who actually teach instead of targeting people

Some poeple are a bit more forward than others. I can assure you that EVERY member who responded to this thread has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Try not to be too defensive, you'll receive harsh criticism now and then, it's part of being young..,we were all there once upon a time. Some of the people who criticise you are the ones you will learn the most from. Trust me on this

To Oscar Alex (if I may call you that), I don't think krich doesn't like you, not at all. I think he was just sharing his opinion. I know sometimes at 17,18,19 things that are written on text or in this case online can come off on a whole different vibe that makes us be angry, but in reality it's just the opposite a opinion.
Well, how do I know that??
