My flowerhorn still eats normally and swims normally as well. His belly just looks huge to me and I'm worried because he's my baby! Raised him from a fry. I did an epsom salt bath today for 10 minutes (that was about 4 hours ago) but nothing changed yet. He has a 75 gallon tank by himself (the pictures show him in the hospice tank, he was in there for 10 mins doing the salt soak). I have not been seeing him poop lately and I searched everywhere in his tank. I also rubbed his belly a little bit like some videos showed for bloating but nothing came out. Any advice is helpful. I've been doing a lot of water changes too. Sorry for the terrible pictures.

Looks is like it could be just the look of the fish. Especially if it’s acting normal. I’d make sure it’s eating some hex shield if it’s a concern. Since it has an appetite. Wait and keep an eye out for the poop.
