I have an infusoria culture started (started the day I found the eggs) I always have vinegar eels on hand, wafers, zucchini (par-boiled), and repashy. If all else fails and they won’t eat I will try boiled egg yolks. What do you plan on feeding them?
I was thinking about raising some in my 10g and leaving some in the 30g tank. However my 10g tank has my breeding guppies, and they currently have some disease that I cannot get rid of...I’ve tried what treatments I have but they are slowly dying regardless. So no fish go in or out of that tank currently...and the remaining guppies in there are on their own :-(I find the best thing feeding wise is a separate glass tank set up with old tank water and a bright light running an air filter or covered power filter. Not to get algae strangely enough but to promote the detritus film on all the walls and the vinegar eels you mention. You will need to supplement them as they grow, with zucchini etc. But worth setting up a tank like this as it sounds like you could be moving babies around regularly.
Just catching and moving 1/2 inchers myself as and when I can get them, and the Male is back sitting his next batch of eggs.
I have 7 females in with him but can’t figure who mum is so don’t like removing some.
That's fantastic!Holy smokes these guys are super growers. Just since Saturday they have doubled in size...now measuring 1/2 inch long!

I can see why the guys I pulled from dad are growing fast...they have been amply supplied with food. I peeked in the cave and the ones inside with dad look just as big as the ones I Pulled. They haven’t even left the cave yet. Does this mean dad has been bringing them food? Are BN males known to bring their babies food? I can’t see the cave fry growing as fast bc there’s no food inside the cave..it completely clean not even algae grows in there? That's fantastic!
