It gets better, forgot to mention this, he asked me if I thought it would be ok to ship without heat packs. LOL Are you F'ing kidding me? What kind of question is that? I mean, sure, it's 40 degrees here, but you can ship me fish and have em die again, no problem. You will just have to send them to me again..

Yes, I agree, but if you run a business then you have no excuse. He should know when he is running low on them and order them before they are gone. That is unacceptable.

This is why you order from liveaquaria. That thing dies they will send you a new one to your house for free, and Im pretty sure it comes with a butler who cleans your aquarium as well.

Ya, their customer service is the best. I had a couple of losses from a recent order of invertebrates from them, and I was able to get my money back on each one that I lost since having new ones shipped wasn't an option since it was already free shipping on them as a special deal.

I don't even run a business or use heat packs for other purposes, and I still keep a few just in case I decide/have to ship a fish to someone during cold weather.
