My Cichlids

Nice pair snd congrats on the spawn. HRP are good parents when it comes to feeding their fry, but not very aggressive when spawning or w/ fry.

Been a couple days now and we still got lots of fry left. They are almost the size of a grain of rice now.

How many fry would you say you have? Or had?

They have 30+ of them now. Was 50+ I bet at the start. Kinda hard to see them, they blend in so well with my gravel.

Had to share this. One of my Nerite snails finally comes out of hiding. When I got him he was smaller than a dime.
Here he is next to a quarter

We still got fry, I know now it had to been them Roseline sharks that were eating these guys 5 other spawns.

Thanks so much! I am really starting to dig this tank. Has many different species in it that are getting along so far.

You do have a lot of different species. That's great they are getting along. I LOVE my Cichlid tank. Gourami Swami helped me with the fish selection.
