I’ll have to take some photos later. He put on a little thickness, doubt he’s put on any length yet. But he’s eating well. As soon as I toss broken up pellets in the tank, he swims out of his hide and comes right to the food. What a difference since the week I brought him home.

Sad update:
I check on the endlicheri this morning, and see his right pectoral fin is completely missing. I’m pretty sad about it. I know he’ll be fine without it in the long run, but I’m really bummed out that now he’s only got one fin :(

Oh no. Any suspects on who the culprit is? Who’s getting a time out in qt tank?

It could be the reed fish. Other than that and a baby flagtail, there are only small plecos in there.

It will most likely grow back. Weird thats not a ropefish thing to do. More like an endli thing to do. Must have been flagtail?

I’d be surprised if it was the flagtail. He’s scared of everything lol. But I don’t know it could be. The reed fish is pretty big, I was thinking he mistook the fin for food and it popped right off. I don’t know, I need a camera on that tank lol.
Yeah I’m hoping it grows back. And hoping even more that it comes back full size or at least close enough.

He’s swimming a lot better now and still eating just fine. Since I couldn’t narrow down who the fin snatcher was, I left everyone in the tank. So far no other issues out of anyone!
