That's exaclty like the 69 I missed out on was. Except Blue.

That should look nice.

Blue was my second color choice. Shelby blue with white racing stripes. But I think I'm going with a really dark metallic red.

It said it might have had body work? Drive it first...if the frame is bent, then its not worth it. We used to have a 66 stingray that we restored, but the frame was bent. Didn't realize it till we were able to (finally) drive it...drove crooked.

Then again, I am sure you could buy it, keep the engine, and part it out...

Getting a bent frame fixed is expensive! My friend's dad is having his '71 Cuda restored. He didn't realise it but it had a slight bend in the frame that came that way from the factory! Lets just say nothing is cheap when you're restoring a Mopar car. Lucky for us Ford guys, they made a LOT of Mustangs. The parts are pretty inexpensive.

How would I be able to tell if it's bent when I drive it? What would be the major give away?

Also, it says no title........
Is it possable to register and insure a no title car?

Should I right down the vin number so I can check it? Where do I check it?

Wow......that's a few questions. lol sorry.

Because that mustang is a Unibody you really won't be able to tell if it's bent. The steering can all be adjusted so you don't feel it.

Go for a 351 clev.
Those motors rip and can be done for cheaper then most others mentioned .The power you can get out of the 351 will be much greater and you will have a much more relaible car then stroking a 302 .
I have a built 289 in my falcon and i would have cone with a351 but did not want to have to modify shock towers .In the 69 it will fit easy .

better pick that beast up before i do :P

I would be careful with that no pappers stuff. I just went thru something similar with my firebird. I paid for the car, took the car home, went to register the car and found out it was in someone else's name, not the guy I paid! I went thru weeks of wrong or disconnecred #s, " I'm gonna get a hold of the guy", and DMV runaround. I'd try to get all info avail. befor you seal the deal. The car looks allright, but who knows what's under that paint. It's not the fastback I want, but what do I know? By the way, WTF is a unicorn? Mabe that's why I like GM models!!

True true...

Unicorn as in the mystical creature that is difficult to obtain.;)

When I look up the vin number, wont it tell me the last person it belonged to? Anyone familiar with this problem? & my query in post #24?
