homeless in Seattle area is a big problem, I have no problem with the honestly homeless, s#$%t happens, and they will take advantage of services, (I hate that word) and get them selves back on track. but that is only a small % of the homeless, rest are drug addicts and the likes that refuse any services as it involves being sober and work, being responsible. These folks need to hit a jail/forced rehab, the money spent on tent cities, cleanup, bulsh*&t programs that do not work would have no problem supporting a facility to put these folks into forced detention. Seattle has budgeted and received over 250 million in the past 4 years and achieved nothing.
