The Sationed and regulated drifting event at the school was safe and well supervised. My complaint was only that I had to pony up the gelt for new tires so he could get to work and back. He baught his own car...modifyed it on his own and has had a job from 15 years old on...
If you get married you'll have to taylor what you'd like to do with what your wife wants to do and then eventually when you have kids you'll have thier needs to think about.
In time they will grow into teens complaining about how the nasty old man wont let them get this tank or that tank all without concidering what it's doing to the rest of the familly who dont share thier love of fish OR the huge electrical bills.
Reasonable depends a great deal on your point of view...
You quoted me so I assumed that it was directed at me cause you never said otherwise. That doesn't make me self absorbed. You don't know me so don't draw up a conclusion on what your read in two posts. I don't think the world revolves around me. It amazes me that you come up with such an assumption so quickly, but the again I do notice you look down your nose at those younger then you. Be aware that those younger then you are entitled to an opinion, even if it goes against your own. They are also allow to complain, if you don't like it don't read it. I also read through alot of these threads thinking whinging little brats, but I don't need to feed my own ego and post about how I know better then them though.
About the drifting, you never said it was legal and the way it is worded one can only assume it is illegal, I still stand by my statement that my parents would make me pay for it. If I couldn't afford to replace them I shouldn't be drifting and I would have to take public transport or find another means to get to work.
I pay $1000 extra on my board a year to cover electricity, our electricity bill each year is $2000. You do the math.
