  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the plane is private property, you told to leave you leave, just like my house, I tell you to leave you leave, if you do not i will remove you, one way or another, alive or dead make no dif to me. told to go, you go.
Pops,do you charge visitors admission to enter your home?

if I did, I would have the same rules and regs as the airlines do, and all other businesses do,

when you buy the ticket and sign for it, you have entered a contract, it is not the airlines fault if you did not read that contract,

if I did, I would have the same rules and regs as the airlines do, and all other businesses do,
Lol,just messin with ya.
I wonder what became of the patient that Dr.Dao had to get to.....

considering his record as a doctor, nothing.

Understandably - but the fault here was in not realising that the overbooking denial of boarding rules were not applied properly once the people had boarded and been seated .. the company should have increased the voluntary compensation terms instead of resorting to physical removal for PR purposes and because they failed to follow the proper denial of boarding procedures to allow the staff to travel
Agreed, typically he would have never made it on the plane in a case of denied boarding. The fact that he was seated is the what makes this case unusual, I have seen plenty of hissy fits at the gate and even seen passengers escorted away by security. I would guess this will be settled out of court with United and denial of boarding will be changed to denial of services or some other terminology. Airlines will still overbook flights and people will still get angry.

his licence was revoked back in 2005 or so and not re-instated till 2015 for proscription of narcotics, in other words feeding the drug epidemic for his own gain, he works for a practice anouther doc would have picked up the appointment or rescheduled.

this was not a brain surgeon, this is a iffy doc IMHO.

so IMHO the doc thing dose err does not wash. He was a passenger on a plane requested to leave and by contract he signed he needed to leave. dispute it after words, yes.
