When I clicked on this thread, I was thinking "A recipe For Disaster". On Youtube, someone has a few small peacocks with full grown angelfish. Permanently, no. Bass are predators, and angelfish are slow, and have dangling barbs. That's like bait to a peacock bass. You could keep them with peacocks if the peacocks are small, but not for long.
