BenSow - As was said earlier in this thread: chill. The OP does need to stop adding fish to the tank and be responsible in finding good homes for the fish he already has. This has been said before in a much more mature, much better way than you've ever aspired to.
He's also been told why what he has now is unhealthy for his fish. That doesn't change the fact that he's in the situation he's in now. It's up to him to re-home them properly. What do you want him to do? Have a fish fry and invite the neighbors? No, you want him to responsibly sell/give his fish to a local lfs, or post in craigslist and find a good home for them. THAT TAKES TIME! For now, he's doing the best he can, providing a cleaner home for them than the pics in your tank setup and trying to keep them as healthy as he can in the confined space he has. Yes, keeping them there will kill them, or cause them many, many medical problems regardless of how clean he keeps it, but being irresponsible at this point and simply dumping them into a canal or something would be far, far worse...for both his fish and the rest of the ecosystem.
screaming at him isn't going to help. Education, answers, and advice will. It's obvious he cares for his fish; it's now a matter of showing him that the best way he can care for them is to find them a new home, then re-stocking his tank with fish that can live there happily and healthily for life.
