Ok got wife to put it in a small container with the water just covering it shell and floating that container on top in the same tank that way the water will still be warm.

how much liquid should i give it? Its around 2 and half inch to 3 inch. 1mil of liquids? or should i go more?

You don't need to cover the whole shell. Just enough for it to be comfortable so that it don't have to struggle up for air

This way it won't over-exert itself as well as it can rest at the bottom

Yeah took it back to the vet last night. He showed me how to tube feed the FRT. The reason why it is not eating is because the FRT is now to weak to eat by itself. Vet said it will be very luck if it survives. But how i see it if its still alive theres still always a chance i can save it.

Believe it or not its still alive. I am tube feeding it now with fruit liquids and some powdered turtle multivitamins by the vet.
