Thanks for that tip, i use that stuff, or I used to use it. Do you know if Novaqua is ok to use with this stuff?

Yes, and very, very well from what Joefish and a couple others have said.

Lasts longer and is more effective than carbon.

It's not working miracles for me, but it is worth the money I spent, and I'm pretty cheap.

Edit: If it's bad, ya might need to use more than recommended.

*This is word of mouth, I can't personally say if it's true or not.
 
i live in a city that lacks stores to carry this stuff, but the testimony was enough, I ordered some online. just a question though, it says no stresscoat when using it, but i'm pretty sure my dechlorinating stuff has some in it, and doesn't most of it? what is safe to use.
 
Definitely get prime, it is worth the money. I just added a third purigen pack to my LMB tank. Seachem products are the h-bomb.
