i think he has 2 rows of teeth also, hard to tell at almost 5 inch. eats like a horse and grew an inch in like 2 weeks, damn i had hunted down a florida or a spotted gar and end up with a future behemoth. ill probably have to give it to my buddy with a pond once it starts getting too big for my tanks. very fun and interesting fish to watch and feed. seems pretty hardy to me. so far so good with larger cichlid tankmates
