Should I mind my own business or not??

If the OP says even he thinks they are not doing anything illegal, what is the point of calling AC? He just thinks it is wrong to tie them up, but as long as they have water and food…. they are not being neglected, just MYOB. You will be at war if they found out who snitched. There are some CRAZY neighbors out there and that might just make them snap.

Do you own dogs?
They have no shelter...did you read that?
That's breaking the law, if those dogs are in that situation 24/7 with no intervention.Ten times out of ten a dog that is allowed to sit in the mud never comes in the house, I mean if it is a legit outside dog.Which,IMO, is wrong unless you live in a tropical area.Or outfit a doghouse with every amenity, and keep it's area as pristine as possible.
They have to be fed, sheltered and kept away from their own filth to the point where it doesn't add up and negatively impact their health.

Opinion doesn’t mean anything. What the city ordinance or state law says is all that matters. Everybody has different opinions. In my opinion the neighbors are doing nothing wrong.
 
I foster dogs for a rescue. In the past year I have adopted out 38 dogs personaly. Every city is a different story on treatment. Being that the dogs are "bully breeds" the will probably get put down at Animal Control. Call a few local rescues. 9 times out of 10, the owners don't even want the dogs. My rescue would offer to take them and I imagine some of your local groups might too. You can get something done without stepping on toes that way. We have taken plenty of dogs this way by simply asking the owners if they even want them. If not, the rescue will take it to AC so you don't have to. But thats just what my personal rescue would do. GL man.
 
i can only see gats getting involved one way or another. if he calls animal control. the controls will bring there gats to take the dog away. the owner wont like it. he probably will use a gat. he he doesnt. he will know op called the animal cops. he will use his gat and op will need to use his gat.

I highly doubt the police will show up and I’ll be surprised if AC shows up within 48 hours unless the dog has biten someone. With all the budget cuts and everything. They don’t have money for these services anymore. When I called AC about dog roaming the street that I did not recognize that I lived on… I was told we might take awhile… we only one 1 AC officer on-duty at this time. 1 for a city of 850,000????

you and i think alike but people keep looking down on my posts for saying take emotions or opinions out of it. From the sound of it, half of them would call animal control on each other's fish tanks if they could
