Using a lot more gas than normal, remember the OP lives 45min from this establishment..

All because Miss. Waitress didn't contact the manager during the situation....

not saying either that all managers are bright, this could still be happening even if the manager had been contacted... which really all comes back to the waitress.. and her inability to complete a simple transaction correctly the first time...
Dont get me wrong we all make mistakes, but that little CC machine gives you several chances to make it right.. all she had to do was cancel and redo.. but no, she did it enough times for the OP's bank to freeze her account because they suspected theft...
No one would be happy with this situation, and more so, would want more than it just to be fixed on behalf of the waitress... Clay you would even want to take down Miss. Waitress.. messed up bank account =
