LMAO, I know you did :) And I believed you when I read your post. I should have re-phrased my statement...what I meant is it seems to be the current MFK thing everytime a Petsmart/Petco post shows up, someone has to claim they cussed out, beat up, chased off or got one of the employees fired for giving false advice. If this actually happened everytime someone said they did it, Petsmart employees would receive Hazardous Duty pay!

In your case, I believe you did lol :D

lol Its fine. I definitely noticed the theme too. I think a lot of us could definitely take a better approach with teaching knowledge to others. I guess thats why only some people enjoy teaching. ;) But I know that I will never do it again. Lesson learned.:)

Two things I hate...

1) Hobbyists screwing other hobbyists on the price for fish that they've bred themselves. Charging anywhere near retail when they did it for the joy of it, and are not trying to support a business (rental space, employees etc.)

2) Overly picky, fussy, pompous, analytical fishkeepers. "No that fish isn't as good as my fish, because my fish came from the north end of the river... and besides, I paid 300$ for it, so it MUST be better than yours!"

I don't understand. If you are getting a fish directly from the breeder, you are undoubtedly getting a better fish, with a much higher chance at surviving the limited stress of being transported to your tank. Why would a breeder expect anything less? You mean to tell me you would rather pay more money at an LFS for stressed/sickly fish, and get better fish at a better (lower) price? Give some credit where credit is due.

I realy dislike people that have realy nice tanks, but keep thier water line like 6 or 7 inches from the top of the tank for no good reason besides laziness.
