What is a Yuan Bao Blood Parrot?

Often sterile ......mine used to lay useless eggs all the time

I know they're often sterile, I just like to keep CA and SA Cichlids in pairs.

So what are the yuan bao parrots mixed with to give the rounder shape and smoother head? Could it be Severums?

They aren’t mixed with anything else. Just line bred to bring out more desired traits in blood parrots.

Always been curious if they use pure species or fertile male parrots if they exists. Any idea?

They probably breed the females back to pure species but I’m not sure. Highly unlikely they use fertile male parrots.
