Kindof a stupid thread IMO... but I just blew $25 bucks on a 4" Flash Pleco that I have been looking for for over a month... so excuse me...

I'll try to respond to all your complaints.
1: Everybody poops.

2: "Pretty" Datnoides are "pretty" expensive too, no?

3: If they suck on your Polypterus, it's YOUR fault for bad husbandry. Are your Polypterus stupid because they eat Guppies you try to keep with them?

4: Not true. Once Plecos are settled in, they are quite active. My Clown and my Flash are very active.

5: Barely even deserves a reply, so I'm not giving it one

nice pick up beautiful little plec just be thankful your not in aus otherwise u would off payed 10 x that amount easly probably probably closer to 20 x
