  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a cockteil that escaped from someones house. Tired to find the owners but he's so much part of family that if the owners ever came for him I'ld never give him up, nor do I think he would want to go. He's spoiled

i don't have any but after i graduate college i plan on living in the florida keys so i'm already designing a HUGE outdoor aviary for all different kinds of macaws and cockatoos, maybe even a toucan or 2 if i can find them

Birds are big in S.Florida most of my neighbors have parrots which are mostly outside or atleast taken outside during day .
Lately its been rainy and only in 70s which is cold for here but Keys is warmer.
Keys has wild large parrots imagine escaped and established while here we only have smallish type parrots

I wanted to keep zebra and society finches outside in avairy but the cold spells changed my mind.

Even for now its been lack of sun and in 70s .

I have a peach-faced conure, my two budgies died after 7 years a few months ago :(. My conure is two and a half years old.

I have an 8 month old miligold macaw and work with smaller birds at work like conures, cockatiels, parakeets, and finches.

Good luck is all i can say Ecarb!!! LOL! Very difficult bird to keep as a first timer. Luckily they already are attached to each other, dont expect them to do anything but bite the crumb outa ya!!!!! LOL!
There is a pair of females at the shop where I work. They both lay eggs all the time and we keep having to take them away before they start to rot and they are never happy about that obviously. One of them just headbuts you, but the other one bites VERY hard. They are pretty mean, skittish birds

Sun Conure, African Gray and Umbrella cockatoo... :)
