Help identifying gender and type maybe?

Lovely fish (the yellow one). The yellow one looks to be a fader and the other one red dragon. Not sure about the gender, you might be right though and it's other way around.
 
Ahh you're a bloody legend, I'll try to get some pics of the vents later, I'm just hoping for a male is all, I do have another flowerhorn seperated on its own, what do you think of this one? It was just a guess. Definite way is to vent the fish. The fader is still small to be vented. How big is this one, you might have to wait a little as well.
