At 5 or 6" I would be making a guess, at this point there is really nothing to go on.
Do you know why my jag has blue on the find and a purplish tint to it when the light reflects on it a certain way? Is that normal or is this a Honduran jag
 
Your jag is a nice looking little fish. Without knowing the lineage from the breeder there is no way to know if it is a Honduran, Nicaraguan, costa rican etc. Yes the Hondurans tend to have a nice blue sheen to the fins but the other locales can also have this, depending on the individual fish.

Do you know by the time it’s fully grown if it would be Honduran or no way at all
 
If they contact the person they got it from they might know. Chances are if they didn't list it as a locale, it is just a captive bred fish of unknown origin. Can't hurt to ask though if it's a better pet store and they order from rapps or someone similar they might know.
