Bigger guys got some nice gold spots coming through bud Do like the wood and the live plants look so much better than plastic plants bud! Do you have trouble with the bass digging them up ??
Thinking dark sand would look better and show gold more

Thanks for your reply! I think the bigger one is a male and the other two are females. We shall see. The plants have been in the tank a couple of months. No problems at all with the bass digging in the plants so far. I might look into the dark sand or gravel but thats gonna cost a couple hundred to fill the tank. It would make it a lot easier to siphon and agree with the contrast in color.

Tom's in Long Beach. They have an awesome selection of bass and other exotic freshwater fish.

Updated pictures. Switched the rocks because they are pretty skittish and wanted to limited damage to the body.

Thanks, I have some house plants (believe its a form of pontos) on top, large anubias and red swords plants in the tank.
