Once I move from my parents house (I'm 14...)
Good decision. I remember at that age I would want this one week and something else the next.

Plus, Motoros need a pretty big tank compared to a yepezi or hystrix.

Yepezi or hystrix are good idea. i would go for the Yepezi, they are quite cheap and very strong feeders.
In the U.K we are very lucky, we have Scobina and Hystrix in our LFS's because they ship them in from Germany. They are also as expensive as motoro here too.![]()

I'll probably end up with Yepezi as they do seem quite a bit more common then Hystrix, although I'm still going to look for hystrix and if I find any I MIGHT pick them up.
I want to get an otorongo one day, but Its not going to be for a few years, I'd probably just build a huge circle indoor pond with one otorongo and a few other rays in there, I think it would be crazy but pretty exspensive!
But anyways, I will more then likely get a pair of yepezi.
Oh, I have another question, If the rays ever decide to breed, would it be best to remove the pups asap? I just dont want the aro snacking on them, and I will be working at an LFS soon and I could probably keep them in one of the large quarantine tanks in the back, There is also a heated display pond that has koi in it, and I was thinking of putting the pups in one of the big quarantine tank and growing them out then maybe putting them in the display pond?
