Very hard to sex, the shape of the forehead is the best way to sex them, females are more sloping the males have a steeper profile.
I think yours could be female, but let it grow a few more inches should get a better idea
Just a little caution. I started with 6 bifasciata, the smallest turned out to be male.
In fact I had to take it out of the tank, and keep it alone because the others (females) bullied it, and held back its growth. Once it its own tank, it quickly out grew the others, became alpha and spawned.
At this point (its age/size) I would not venture a guess as to what gender it is.
