**** happens, fish die... no need to get hot headed about it... I do this on a boat because I don't want to make a mess.. different story, however if I were on the shore.

My bf, chompers and I were at wekiwa river fishing and the bf caught a nice bowfin (we LIKE bowfin and bowfin fishing, and no they dont hurt the bass population as bass thrive fine here with them.) and these guys kept saying "why dont you kill it" "give it a nice bonk on the head" and such and complained that they ate all the bass eggs. Yes thats why there are a lot of bass swimming in the river, b/c they ate all the eggs.
Those things annoy me.

Cichlaholics Anonymous;2424038; said:the only time this is an issue is in a place like Florida, where if you catch an exotic invasive species, like a tilapia or something...you're not supposed to realease it. Then the issue comes up, do you just kill it, because I sure as heck am not going to eat a tilapia or uro caught in the miami canals
