Diet as well as exercise is really important. If I'm not able to get to the gym, I make sure that I at least eat healthy. I try to stick to organic foods. They cost more but in the long run, they pay off. All the hormones in a lot of foods will cause problems later on in life. Stay younger longer with a healthy diet. I'd recommend to replace desserts with fresh fruit. Cut out all fast foods. Eat less red meat. Animal fat is not necessary. The strongest animals in the jungle dont even eat meat. (Gorilla, elephants, rhino) Nuts and beans are packed with protein that you need. Also drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day is recommended. If you weigh 100 lbs, then you should consume 50 ounces of water daily. You will notice that you wont need as much sleep to feel rested. You will not be as sluggish through the day. Your energy levels and consiousness will improve greatly and you hair and skin will start to look healthier. Discipline is key. Your body will thank you. Good luck!!!
