Need to get the shut-off valve powered up, upgrade the main incoming power to 35A for the house and connect he cabinet to main power. The touchup with white paint on the HMA filter "wooden mount" needs to be fixed as well.
Some friendly advice.. I would triple the amount of bio (k1 or better yet k3) you have planned. As your stock grows (esp. the stingray) you may find that your bio will be lacking and it's better to start with enough bio instead of upgrading afterwards. Perhaps consider adding an Ultima 2 as backup/supplemental filter. I used to house over 30k gallons of fish tanks... now I have about 5000 total gallons.
